The tour starts at Srinagar and takes you to some of the most popular tourist destinations such as Dal Lake, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Kargil. Once you have experienced the cultural melting pot that Srinagar is, you get to visit the peaceful Leh. Away from the hustle bustle of busy cities, the tranquility of Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake is truely enchanting.
Itinerary
You will be greeted by our travel guide at Srinagar Airport on your arrival.
After the brief introduction, proceed to Hotel/Houseboat.
Greeted by a traditional welcome kehwa settle down and freshen up to start exploring the world-famous Dal lake.
Join Dal guide in his shikara (Boat) and you will be taken to interiors of dal lake to visit floating garden, and enjoy the Dal culture, beauty and hospitality of Kashmiri people. The shikara wala will row his boat to Char chinar and you find yourself in the middle of the lake.
Retire back to hotel/houseboat for dinner and overnight stay.
Your personalized chauffeur will drive you to Sonamarg. A drive of 2 hours will land you in Sonamarg, famous for glaciers and trekking.
Later after reaching sonamarg visit thajwas glacier on poneys.
Check in at resort.
Evening is reserved for bonfire and music.
Retire back to hotel in Sonamarg for dinner and overnight stay.
This day proceed towards Kargil.
On the way stop by at Baltal, Zojila pass, Drass.
Later proceed towards kargil.
Visit War memorial in kargil.
Dinner and overnight stay in kargil.
Next day morning after breakfast proceed further to Leh.
On the way visit Likir monastery, gurudwara pathar sahib, magnetic hills and moon land in Lamayuru.
Check in at hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight stay.
This day is reserved for local Leh sightseeing.
Visit Shanti stupa.
Visit Leh palace.
Visit Famous 3 Idiots School.
Visit Sangam.
Explore local market.
Return to Hotel for Dinner and overnight stay.
This day after breakfast leave for Nubra valley.
On the way stop by at khardungla pass * world's highest motorable road.
Visit Hunder village and Diskit gompa in Nubra.
Visit kahalsar bridge.
Visit statue of Maitreya buddha.
Visit confluence of shyok and Nubra river.
Enjoy Double hump camel ride in Nubra.
Check in at Camp for Dinner and overnight stay.
Proceed towards Pangong.
On the way stop by Tansey temple.
Also stop by Durbuk and changthang.
After reaching the Pangong lake enjoy the sunset.
Dinner and overnight at Pangong camp.
