Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once we receive the required payment and issue a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Pricing & Payment
Package prices are quoted per person and are subject to change based on travel dates, hotel availability and season. A deposit confirms your booking; the balance is payable as per the agreed schedule.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
Our Responsibilities
Demounts acts as a facilitator between you and the hotels, transport providers and operators that deliver the services. We exercise reasonable care in selecting our partners but are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to hold valid identification, passports and visas. We can assist with guidance but final responsibility rests with the traveller.
